Tea Salon Description: Tea Salons are an experience of sharing tea while also discussing a particular topic. This season, we will be offering one tea salon per month in relation to topics associated with the spring season. These offerings will be virtual with closed captioning and recordings will be available if you cannot attend live. Tea Salon 1 - Spring Formulations When: March 7th Description: This Tea Salon will focus on common herbs that come up during the spring season and what to consider when you're making herbal tea formulations at home to support seasonal wellness. We will be exploring this both through the lens of Chinese Medicine and Irish Tradition. Tea Salon 2 - Emotional Wellness: Exploring Anger as a Gateway to Healing When: April 4th Description: In this Tea Salon, we will be exploring how anger shows up within us and ways to process it through herbal medicine and mindfulness practices to gain an understanding of how anger can be a gateway to healing. Tea Salon 3 - Eye Health: Herbal Medicine and Lifestyle Support for Eye Strain When: May 2nd Description: In This Tea Salon, we will be sharing about general herbal and lifestyle support within Chinese Medicine for eye health specific to eye strain in order to help maintain the longevity and health of our eyes.
