Our cancellation and return policy state that:

• All sales are final on herbal products.

• If, for any reason that you need to cancel or return your order, please email info@acknowledgewellness.com.

• Cancellation requests will be dealt with on a case by case basis. If a cancellation is granted, the purchaser will receive a full refund for their canceled purchase.

• For herbal consultations, if you need to cancel your herbal consultation, we ask that you do so 24 hours before your scheduled time so another person who is on the wait list may be able to take the time slot.
