Herbal Consultations

Herbal consultations are offered online via telehealth, in-person on Tuesdays, Thursdays and some Sundays at Restorative Healthcare in Shoreline, Washington.

Our initial consultations consist of an hour long intake where we go in-depth about the health concerns you would like to address with herbal medicine, food therapy and lifestyle support to create an individualized treatment plan that is catered to your needs so it is practical and feasible for you.

Tea Salons

Hands-On Healing is a practice that is utilized in many traditional medicine around the world that can be used to support physical, emotional and spiritual healing.

As a clinician, Carolyn draws from the skill sets, extensive and on-going training they have as a Reiki practitioner (hands-on healing modality from Japan), Chinese Medicine and Irish tradition to support you through transitions, navigating grief and processing emotions, seeking support going through medical challenges and more.
