Shipping costs are calculated using a fixed price for both first class and priority mail. This also includes the handling fee. First class shipping is $7 while Priority mail is $11.
There are two choices of shipment: First Class and Priority Mail.
In person pick-up: We are offering in person pick-up this year. If you are living in the Seattle area and would like to pick-up your order in person to avoid shipping costs, we have an in-person pick-up location at Restorative Healthcare in Shoreline where we do our in-person and virtual herbal consultations. If you select this option, we will send an email once the order is complete and ready for pick-up with a time window to pick-up your order.
Due to being a small business, orders are processed throughout the week as they come in and we process and pack your order once it is placed to ensure the quality of the herbs are freshest as they are stored in tight-sealed jars.
Upon purchase of your product(s), you will receive a series of two emails. The first is a receipt of your order and the second is the shipping or pick-up confirmation. This information is to let you know that your order has been sent out or is ready for pick-up.
Once shipped, if you chose your purchase to be sent first class, expect between 7-10 business days for your shipment email for it to be delivered to your door while for priority mail, expect between 3-5 business days from the shipment email to be delivered to your door.
