San Jiu Tian, known as the “Three Ninths” is a seasonal period within the Chinese Lunisolar Calendar that corresponds to the 27 coldest days of the year and lasts from December 21st (the winter solstice) to January 16th.
In this 42 page guidebook, we go into more detail as to what San Jiu Tian is, ways to support our Yang Qi during this time when it’s at the lowest all year which can make us very susceptible to cold easily penetrating the body which can create health imbalances later on in the year.
