Description
This salve consists of an herbal oil infusion in organic olive oil that is processed after six weeks. The herbs and oils included in this formula help to support the skin and regenerate skin that is dry and cracked along with supporting scarring and sun spots. Organic olive oil is very gentle on the skin and along with the rose essential oil that is added at the end of the process. The red, pinkish coloring of the lip alm comes from the Red Root Gromwell that already contains natural dyes in the plant. When using this salve, a little goes a long way.

The majority of our products are sourced from two herbal companies that provide high quality herbs - Mayway Herbs and Spring Wind who source from farmers in Mainland China, Taiwan and the United States. The majority of these herbs are also organically sourced and all of the herbs go through rigorous testing to ensure that there are no pesticides in the herbal batches that they purchase from the farms.

Shipping costs are calculated using a fixed price for both first class and priority mail. This also includes the handling fee. First class shipping is $7 while Priority mail is $11.
There are two choices of shipment: First Class and Priority Mail.
In person pick-up: We are offering in person pick-up this year. If you are living in the Seattle area and would like to pick-up your order in person to avoid shipping costs, we have an in-person pick-up location at Restorative Healthcare in Shoreline where we do our in-person and virtual herbal consultations. If you select this option, we will send an email once the order is complete and ready for pick-up with a time window to pick-up your order.
Due to being a small business, orders are processed throughout the week as they come in and we process and pack your order once it is placed to ensure the quality of the herbs are freshest as they are stored in tight-sealed jars.
Upon purchase of your product(s), you will receive a series of two emails. The first is a receipt of your order and the second is the shipping or pick-up confirmation. This information is to let you know that your order has been sent out or is ready for pick-up.
Once shipped, if you chose your purchase to be sent first class, expect between 7-10 business days for your shipment email for it to be delivered to your door while for priority mail, expect between 3-5 business days from the shipment email to be delivered to your door.
Due to Covid-19, there are delays in shipping so please be patient. If your package has not arrived within 10 business days, please email info@acknowledgewellnessllc.com.
Herbal products fall under the category of food and supplements which requires charging sales tax.
The sales tax is based on my location from the state of Washington. This sales tax in the state of Washington is 6.5% and local tax is 3.8%, totaling 10.3%. Our sales tax is already added into the cost of our products so that there is no additional fee added when you complete your check-out.
