In this Knowledge Share, we give a background on how Long Covid is looked upon through the lens of Chinese Medicine, ways to mitigate lowering the risk of having Long Covid if you get Covid, case studies of patients who have been seen in clinic for Long Covid and their recovery process, and how to utilize Chinese Medicine food therapy, herbal medicine and lifestyle practices to help support the body during the recovery process.
