Illuminations on San Fu Tian

San Fu Tian also known as the Golden Treatment Period is a time frame from Mid-July to Mid-August where the Yang Qi is considered to be at its height all year and is a time that we can use to rebalance our body’s physiological processes.

As San Fu 三伏 translates to the three hidings, it is also a season where the body’s Yang Qi rises and comes more easily to the surface through the skin’s pores and meets the Yang Qi of the natural world. It is a wonderful time to reflect upon deeper iterations that come bubbling to the surface and are ready to be seen.
