In 21 Days of Grief Tending, we will be exploring the ways that grief shows up within us over a three week period of time. Through self-inquiry practices and guided visual meditations with amber, hawthorn and vervain to all center the use of ritual, we can start to begin to cultivate and look at our own unique relationship with grief. In the self-inquiry practices and building relationships with plant kin to tend to our grief, it allows space for us to witness, see and be held in knowing that we are not alone in processing grief.

 

This guide can be utilized as a self-practice to do at anytime of the year, as a self-practice that you may do seasonally during the autumn season (the season associated with the emotion of grief) or something you do together in community with one or several people you trust to go through the contents of the pages together to witness each other and the wisdom that is cultivated through sharing and holding one another.
